I’d like to first preface this by saying “No, this isn’t company mandated”, and was instead brought about by a desire to connect our working lives here in GSR together with the lives of the people we serve through the company. I feel the barrier to entry for engaging in real estate practices, whether it be buying or selling or leasing land and all the intricacies involved, is very high. Hence this blog, to make an effort to lower the barrier of entry. Our company works as a real estate one-stop shop, meaning we handle everything involving the field of real estate. The scope of such is large, though in hindsight that is to be expected of a company. Where I believe this differs regarding the average company-to-customer experience is that we effectively as a company deal with things which can be, quite frankly, a lot to deal with alone. Multiple government office trips, coordination with tenants, managing properties, handling maintenance, furnishing and viewings, many things. We do a lot. And it is my job, as the author of this blog, to break down what we do into simpler terms to give a clearer image of what it means to handle real estate. That, and showing at the end of the day, we’re basically just like everyone else, doing what we need to do to continue living as well as we can. So I look forward to this journey with all of my dear readers, as well as with the people I’ll be interviewing in the future. Cheers, and till next time.
Warm regards,
Angelo
