Global Strategy Real estate, Inc. (GSR) is a Filipino-Japanese owned company providing real estate services in the Philippines. We are focused on creating strategies that help our clients capture the maximum potential of their properties while assisting them step by step in achieving this. GSR also provides other real estate related services such as the resale of condominium units and property rentals. In the near future, we aim to expand our reach to other sectors of the Philippines and offer an opportunity for a helping hand to each and every Filipino.

鈴木 廣政

HIROMASA SUZUKI

Founder of GSR株式会社 / Global Strategy Real estate, Inc.

Director of Gate of Assets Foundation

Mr. Suzuki was born in Aichi Prefecture in 1979. After graduating from Ohara Bookkeeping College, he started his own business in apparel in 2000. In the same year, he launched his own brand and opened wholesale stores, and later started an Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) business with overseas production bases.


In 2005, he went to the Philippines to start a foreign exchange and attendant business. In 2007, he established a consulting company, and in 2009, a Public Relations (PR) company.

In 2010, he launched Hallohallo Inc. with a colleague who runs an offshore system company in the Philippines. The company has now grown to stock big data of over 3 million people. He is building new businesses while establishing various alliances.

In 2014, in order to create a city that combines IT and real estate, he started a one-stop service in the Philippines, including real estate interior construction, management, brokerage, sales and purchase, and operation. He established the No. 1 brokerage record in the industry. In the same country, he started supporting street children to return to school, restaurants, stores, interior construction, consulting for business expansion, and various financial businesses.

In April 2017, we developed a resort condominium in Cebu Island in a joint venture with a local conglomerate, and acquired a company that provides facilities linked to medical and nursing schools and sends human resources to Japan. In the same year, he established a Financial Technology business and built it as a licensed business.

In 2018, he was appointed as a permanent board member of the Gate of Assets Foundation, which is supported by the fixers who run the Philippine economy.

In 2019, he was appointed as CMO of the ASK project, which built a system to buy and sell real estate around the world on the blockchain. In the same year, he changed the company name to GSR Co., Ltd. (Global Strategy Real estate, Inc) to expand Philippine real estate to the world.

In 2020, he joined an advanced agricultural technology business that holds a patent for freeze-thaw awakening technology.

After graduating from Keio University’s Faculty of Economics, he joined the Tokyu Corporation and had been engaged in Real Estate Development and Business Restructuring in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, etc. In addition, the administration and financial management of Tokyu Group’s distribution and media division’s subsidiaries and affiliated companies were all carried out in the Corporate Planning Division. (For 10 years)

After that, he supported Japanese companies in entering overseas businesses, restructuring and privatization of businesses, and provide advisory services on M&A projects in Japan and cross – border in the consulting firm (Accenture) and investment fund (Mitsubishi UFJ Capital).

He is also implementing and advising investment of Philippine real estate, stock market and business opportunity and consulting for business launch and expansion for Japanese and offshore investors, companies, and funds at GSR and Philippine Asset Consulting since October 2018.
